If the court at this time says e.Digital does not utilize RAM resource and totally leans on flash.....as the defendants argue, and this relates to both A and B considerations, we can still appeal to a higher court and present a better explanation of all claims considerations in front of a different judge.

You may not be up to it, however, IMO, DM will appeal if needed.....and we lose 10% to DM for the effort.

If need be, this is not the end....and our team has extended that consideration in words directly to the judge...
