Of course, it really does not matter. DM holds all the cards and if they played them well and convinced the judge, then the mean ole copy cats will be on the hook for some amount of cash, checks, and / or door prizes. Lots of hoops to jump through before we see any real pps growth should they get a favorable Markman, but most certainly better than a sharp stick in the arse.

My money is still on DM.
