IF EDIG gets a favorable Markman result, and, IF NOKIA then writes EDIG a post Markman check, and IF INTEL is named in the next round of infringers, then it would not surprise me to see them, or any other billion dollar infringer named, to consider acquiring EDIG.

Lots of IFs, but quite the possible and probable scenario should the judge sees it our way. Hopefully the market will then recognize the asset value of EDIG's Flash Patent portfolio and it will make it too pricey for a takeover bid.

Are we looking at $5-$10 million settlement range or $30-$100 million settlement range, on average, versus the $1-$3 million we have seen in a preMarkman environment ?

A $15 million average grosses out at $240 million and nets EDIG $144 million.

Can you imagine if that is what we are sitting on with 150+ more to go ?

This beats Vegas, hands down !
