Buy, Hold, or Sell.............I agree.
There is more to it than just those three choices.
Constructive criticiam of management, its strategies, abilities, experience, etc., etc, etc. is a must.
Complacency particular in business will lead to a slow death, just as it does to a government philosophy.
All shareholders have an obligation to analyze the successes or failures of an ongoing business and comment, and particularly, ask questions at the ASH meeting, just like we do at city council meetings or other public institutions, including other shareholder meetings.
