Your reasoning is contrary to the facts:...

1) JUDGE RULES FOR PLAINTIFF ON BOTH CLAIMS #1 and #2...

That ends the case.It is "Dipositive" of the Case...

2) JUDGE RULES FOR DEFENSNTS ON THE FIRST TWO CLAIMS...

That ends the case. It is "Dispositive" of the case...

Im both scenarios the case is deemed finito, disposed of...

The Judge has aleady said in such a case she will not Rule on the remaining 6 claims that were not addressed during the Hearing...
