Say what?! How could you possibly know the judge has ruled on claims 1 & 2? Answer: You couldn't. This is a complicated and very technical case and the judge is being careful to rule correctly IMO. The wait we're experiencing doesn't mean she's moved on to claims 3-8 necessarily.
