Wrong. You wrote, "She would have been done already if 1&2 went against us." That is clearly saying because the judge isn't done deciding the claim constructions, she's ruled in favor of EDIG on 1 & 2. You couldn't possibly know how long it will take the judge to rule on 1 & 2 and shouldn't post your opinion as fact.
