As far as i know we have yet to see the transcripts of those proceedings hence we do not know what was said or negotiated. We know the rough settlement amt but we dont know what else went on . True a low settlement amount is not encouraging however it could have been part of a deal to license other tech with edig . We simply do not know . I read elsewhere that there are still potential issues with samsung regarding infringement and that the prior settlement does not encompass all :-)
