T.K., the ruling will come out on PACER, IMO as an ORDER. Someone else asked today if it will be released during business hours or after hours. I don't know for sure but because EDIG is a public company, as are all of the Defendants I think, my guess would be after hours. Probably a PACER after hours, followed by an early morning PR from EDIG the next day. Just a guess. And everyday we have no ruling is good for EDIG IMO.
