I agree if it is done with substantial business growth, but to just R/S serves no purpose save to continue to pummel the PPS.
If EDIG gets substantial deals done and revenues start to get perky, and the prospects for future growth are well demonstrated then it could be a very healthy thing...it all depends in what context it is done, imo.
