Rather than post the email, here is the meat of it.

I stated to be collecting questions from a group of stock holders for "consideration" and made a part of the conf call presentation.

The questions would be sent to Fred for review and selection by himself and BOD members. I also mentioned if anything was considered company confidential, or could not be addressed at this time, the group would understand the need to scratch those off the list.

I am not indentifying any names, nor Agora aliases either...I'm not even keeping track of them on my end.

The reply:

"We will be taking questions (within reason), but as you point out below, we may not be able to respond to all of them."

I will keep collecting questions....if anyone feels this should be handled in a different manner, please PM me. I am acting ask a clerk here, and nothing else.
