I get not wanting to have a shareholders meeting until round 2 is in the books and the Innovations Group is up and running, but why announce as they did, Feb, March and now Summer?

Maybe they want everyone to have their tans going on.

What a mystery.

Nothing really has changed as this is, and always has been, about the patents, which still are in full swing, and in the hands of DM and the judge.

The investment remains the same for me, not selling while the patents are in play.

And nothing has changed for NOKIA and the other infringers as a result of this delay.

Now, the conference call....will they be using cell phones by NOKIA ?
