We have 9 judges on the supreme court that read the same law yet come to different conclusions on just what it means.

It is no different with the judge that is going to make a decision on edig. Its all based on opinion. Not law.

What we have going for us is clear renderings by those that represented EDIG, "BUT" it will still be just one person who has her opinion that will either make us or break us.

Is there an appeal process after ??? Thats the question.
