Boy, did I get those attorneys mixed up.

Looking at the pictures of Mr. John Keville (Howrey, LLP) and Mr. Kevin O'Shea (Greeberg Traurig, LLP) at their firm's website, it was indeed them that were doing direct and cross examinations during the Markman.

Keville cross-examined Woody Norris and O'Shea did the direct exam of Dr. Mihran. At least I got Mr. Cohen right! LOL. Oh well, in my defense, I got there after the roll call of the attorneys.
