About the tightest spread I have seen for some time. Tightly wound? Looks like it.
My guess is that the mentality is about to shift from, "why pay 10% more than I have to", to, "heck, for a penny more I can own enough to count, afterall, what's a penny more when this is headed to the dollar range?".
