Does anyone think there may be zero settlements until the judges ruling?

Seems pretty obvious IMO DM's settlement demands would be $X prior to the MH, and $X++ after the MH, assuming we prevail.

The other senario is $X before the MH, $X+ after the MH but before the ruling.

DM is 10 for 10...doubt IMO they will blink.
