Yeah, that line is so stupid (a word I rarely use) it`s ridiculous! If you have deep pockets, you can buy any management team you want! Finding someone with deep pockets, on the other hand, willing to buy IMS with what little, really, they have to offer, would be a Herculean task (especially recognizing that Wencor passed on the deal, regardless of reasons). And that bit about Wencor just being a parts supply company....yup, with the clear market leader in the portable IFE arena, where IMS would like to play! The bias of this article is rather sickening.
One could easily argue ``who has the better IFE marketing/management team - today? The one with 13+ customers or the one that has 1 or 2?``. duh....
