The Judge knew the case , The patents , The claims , The important issues of each going into the hearing , She had all the info before hand and probably an opion formed prior , And the testimony either confirmed her thoughts or changed them.

She felt there was no need to hear testimony past the first 2 claims , So what happens if she rules in favor of edig on the 2 claims , But since the defendants want further what ? live arguments on the rest ? Does the Markman continue ??? Or is it Moot ?
