when would the trial take place if there are no settlements? Would there be a seperate trial for each defendent? I do not think the shareprice will go up much on Monday - there still remains a lot of uncertainty, at least for me: Will the judge rule in EDIG's favor ( It sounds very likely ) ; when will the ruling occur ? ( 1-2 months ?) what happens after that ? - settlements - when and for how much, or trial (s)- when? When will the next list of infringers be announced? It appears that there is a better chance of a sustained rally in shareprice with periodic spikes over the next several months if we get the ruling we think we will - but I doubt there will be a spike on Monday ( but would be happy to be wrong)
