I wondered about that too. Since they thought Mihran was to be a rebuttal expert, I guess they didn't think it necessary to file the 702. But when defendants said they were going to let Mihran testify even without Maltiel testifying, don't know why they didn't do the 702 thingie. Whatever that is exactly. ;)
