Typical of expert witnesses they get paid by the defendant and slant their testimony to favor who pays them . The worst are doctor expert witnesses they will say anything for a buck . I have a personal family tragedy involving this whereby a doctor testified on behalf of the district attorneys office . 5 doctors previously testified that my family member could not testify in front of a grand jury due to health issues . Oddly 3 of those 5 were hired by the d a s office . thend the Da found a 6th doctor to say it would be ok . My family member passed away from a heart attack after that ruling and we sued the 6th doctor . Here is the best part the F68King doctor had immunity and hence was not liable . The d a would have got 10 more doctors until they got the answer they wanted and the doctor gets immunity now isnt that a dam shame .
