Message: HELLO ALL!!

I agree doni. I do not believe it is or was, a mistake to invest in the concept of intellectual property, especially in the flash based handheld products markets of the past decade. What bigger markets evolved over the last decade?

In fact, it was visionary and insightful, based on the wording of the patents. Who knew how big the flash based products market would become? If EDIG gets firmly positioned in that space, based on its patents, this investment will have arrived. We find that out shortly.

Should the courts not support the concept of the patents that were ALREADY issued to EDIG from years ago, then the investment may turn out to be a big dissappointment. That is a different story. If they change the rules of the game during the game, then how is that the fault of the investor? If that happens then it was a good idea gone bad, but a mistake to take a risk in what turned out to become a multibillion dollar market? I don't see that as a mistake. An unfortunate outcome, a financial loss on a speculative investment, but not a mistake. Semantics perhaps, but none the less, I like the odds with Nunally and DM supporting the concept of what some may term as a "mistake".

Should the Markman support the basic foundation of the patents owned by EDIG then this investment will certainly be a performer, and one heck of a story to tell the kids about when they are flying on the private jet.

Now if we were betting on EDIG getting a patent in these markets without first owning them, then perhaps I would consider that investment risk a mistake.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

GO EDIG !
