Message: JP selling

IMO, some are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

The SEC documentation is not always easy to understand/interpret, so the board thanks those offering clarity via many posts on the subject.

I will admit I can barely understand it!

The ASI shares that Eric sold, along with the company, was at .08 and it was about 242K, plus there was a stipulation that the buyer of the company could not sell the shares on the open market. Info on this in detail has been posted here a few times, but as I recall this is the jist of it.

What's the big deal if the Polis trust sold some shares last year, or shuffled them around within the trust? What does this have to do with the upcoming Markman or the 16 pending settlements? What does it have to do with the pending suits of another 150 +/-?

We need to remember that JP loaned us money, more than once mind you, and EDIG paid him back in shares right? He has maintained a certain percentage of ownership year after year and has to sell off some to maintain that....what's the big deal, as this is nothing new.

How about a little tax loss selling too? The guy has other investments ya know....

I see nothing negative about how the trust moves things around, buys or sells. It does not indicate the trust has no faith in the future of the company!

Has every single poster here met Jerry and seen his participation, influence and passion for e.Digital for a decade plus at the SHM's? The answer is no, but I have as many others, and he is a staunch supporter today and always has been.

I see this as a non issue.

No offense to anyone, but had to get this off my chest.
