From my reading, the total percentage of shares owned?, directly or indirectly (or at least controlled through voting power) by the Polis family (Mr + Mrs + Family trust) is much closer to the 5.1% as stated on the first form rather than 12%. Actual beneficial ownership could be less, since 600,000 are held for charities/museum of fine art.

The beneficial ownership of the 3,00,000 shares held by Rela LLC is unclear as none of the 3 reporting "persons" (legal entities) has claimed this.

The 12% figure can be ruled out since there is considerable duplication (100% in fact) between the various share parcels listed in the 2nd and 3rd forms and those in the 1st form, because of shared voting power (~beneficial ownership)
