It`s not just about IMS....
He`s very friendly with IMS.....While working for Tenzing....he utilized IMS to develop an Internet based content management system.
Tenzing paid for software development of a content management scheme that bundles into the IMS TDL.
IMO..
Tracy would not only be pushing IMS TDL...but
Tenzing ``Data Management Operational Concepts``.....as well.
It would be interesting to know who solicited who...between Wencor and DECUIR, INC.
He`s an independent broker.....one or the other had an idea before hand.
