I'd say my question is, why would this asset not be used?

It's there, and if/when the right things happen, it can benefit us.

Just another piece to this enormous puzzle that has been ongoing since 2000/2001, for a possible 2nd round of pps value...IMO...gosh I get tired of saying that part!!! LOL

MH is 6 days away....will we get there?

I hope so, with the likes of a few biggys, but as we saw with the TX 7, and yes they got off "cheap" one never knows what the outcome will be.
