That this is yet another example of why they just CANNOT tell us everying or anything!..Think of all of the speculation that has occured on the various boards in the last three weeks. Some of that speculation would have been way out of bounds, had we have known this latest news. Some of the scenarious are still possible, some totally ridiculous. Does anyone think that Atul and company did not know about this development on ``edig Thursday``? Common!

I agree with L.L. that any ``confrontation`` at the shm should be done respectfully, and with good intentions. Not to just ``take down management``, as has been suggested for months from certain circles, even before the latest information has become available! Ridiculous, to me! It was set up long ago by a certain few! This is the reason why I did not sign up for the ``revolt`` group, no matter how well meaning they are..And I did vote no on two of the issues, the new director and the compensation issue because I felt, neither were deserved, I.M.O.. I am fully aware of those that L.L. referred to who may have a future exposure, due to thier past interference and ``bashing`` of our company to us and to our potential customers! I am a target of some of them, and could care less!
