My guess is the launch and announcements happen after the Q3 is released, which last year occurred on February 11th.

1) Markman--January 28th

2) Q3 earnings--February 15th or sooner

3) Launch of the EDIG Innovations Group and New Technologies

4) Shareholders Meeting-guessing March 31st or sooner
