What I was drawn to was the opportunity for growth as a result of the company's Flash based patents.

That case is continuing to be made today, and is on much more solid footing than back then.

It is not a slam dunk, yet, but should settlements materialize along with new and novel technologies, we are looking at another big opportunity.
