Gil, a similar scenario has been formulating in the back of my mind. LRAD's recent decision to split off their slow moving HSS division, on a 1 for 2 share basis, got me to thinking about the new EDIG division.
IFE is not performing well, to say the least. If the new EDIG was to be spun-off, with the patents and "new technologies", the shareholders could see an "in effect" reverse split. 1 for 2...1 for 10, who knows, but probably with a different value than the parent company, eDIGITAL, in which the shareholders would continue to hold their current, but not as attractive, shares.
May be a good thing, may be not. Something to consider, though.
I wasn't going to say anything until you brought it up...so it's your fault! LOL
