I believe Plan A for the 4th Quarter of 2010 was:

The infringers would not want to comply with discovery and therefore settle before the end of the year. In the mean time, the E.Digital Innovations Group had been created with completed website and content. The Innovator in "Innovations" would be Woody Norris.

With the news of the settlements there would be interest in the stock from a cash perspective but than bam you have the new E.Digital Innovations Group launched to do something with the money and thus jackpot.

Robert's work is done and he leaves with little fanfare.

The shareholder meeting in February is a big celebration.

Instead we got Option B:

The infringers reached a DM predifined cut off date for settlement and DM wanted to finally get through a Marksman. With the Marksman hearing in the first quarter of 2011, it didn't make sense to put the cart before the horse.

To keep investors interested, e.Digital just gave us the cover of the EDIG new website. Robert left with more than just a little fanfare and the shareholders meeting got pushed back a month due to the delay.

I believe it now will be Marksman, E.Digital Innovations Group, shareholder celebration

rather than,

Settlements, E.Digital Innovations Group, shareholder celebration.
