Also....RE: Samsung patent application recently discussed....apparently it's a private Samsung India operation currently in front of a new application. They originally applied for the patent utilizing a Koerian publishing 2009....having a lack of ownership issues...and reapplied with an India publishing in English.

Anyway, the USPTO has not posted any information as to what prior art they will be utilizing to prosecute the application....so there is really nothing there to consider yet.
