The sale of stock is controled by just a few traders who could very well be in a colusive frame to keep the stock low for their own reasons.

Once there is any confirmed news as to the markman that control will lessen especially if the news is positive.

The markman is the key here. Sice the state of the stock is in let say limbo a positive reply by the markman will get the stock out of the hands of a few and into where the trading will become more vigorous.

Lets all just hope that the reply is positive and these little hiccups mean nothing in the end.
