My question is, how could there be enough "collusion" to control the vol/pps?

I certainly agree from some non scientific polls done with our group in which we guessed to be in the neighborhood of 50 - 60 mln shares held, and Polis with some 20+ mln, out of 293 mln, that most are holding, but my question is, how do the 200+ mln scatered all over the place control any action that has a significant effect?

I'll respect your reply, but mine is what you said...people are waiting to buy/sell until after a Markman decision and beyond, as we all wait for whatever management lays on us between now and the Mar SHM.
