This place gets too uptight at times, so a little humor and teasing is appropriate to keep us on track and focused on what is ahead.

Since the TX filing in Mar-08, we have been awaiting a Markman Hearing with someone, and hoping it is a major player or players. That event is near, assuming they don't all fold on the "court house steps."

After 10+ years we are finally...FINALLY, close to something...many things IMO, and the SHM moved to Mar tells me the company has a few items up their sleeves that should be ready to lay on us between now and then...at least that's how most of us see it.

I think a Fred visit after 1/28, not that we will know anything for sure, but SS's report should give us a glance, would be an appropriate time to stick my fat head in there.
