A while back I recall you addressing should a patent re-exam be requested, would this delay a scheduled Markman hearing, and you said something like...

"The halls of justice do not set their calenders based on actions taking place by the USPTO or orther unrelated matters to a law suit."

Please confirm or deny my understanding from your comments on this matter.
