All,

This does not mean he was necessarily terminated by the company. In any company I have worked for, even Fortune 500's, termination from a company can mean separation either by Roberts decision or Fred's discretion...

Just wanted to clarify that point...And I dont think the CEO would clarify how employment was terminated in email to a shareholder as opposed to a filing...
