I think I would wait to see who they bring on to head the new division, and what they have already going on to justify this bold new move.

Considering they know they have 16 settlements nearing their conclusion and another round of infringers to follow, did they really have to create this new division to keep investors interest?

I think they have something of substance to reveal and with the Pat Nunally references and with RP's departure, something is going on.
