"We are @ the cross road"

On both fronts, the ongoing Flash-R monetization moving to the Markman hearing next month and the new, EDIG innovations group effort that is suppose to reveal new technologies developed, in concert with Pat Nunally.

What all that means remains unclear, at this point. Considering we have had a year of expectations from management regarding signficant new investment interest, and now a delay, more confusion exists.

It would be nice if Fred Falk would add some clarity since we have had a significant change in management.

I see they updated the management page on the website.

I imagine they will launch the website with announcements of new management additions and/or news of the new technologies.

Most likely their "advisors" decided to put all uncertainty to bed in 2010 and start 2011 out on all positives....or one would think.
