depends on how it all sums up.

If you have a parent company having its considered stock issues, where it then forms a new subordinate entity having its separate stock issues. Where the parent company has complete control of that stock..... who can they sell that stock to and how will that effect the stock value of the parent company?

IMO, there is a possibility that the buying and selling of stock to potential industry suitors will not be through the parent company.

That is an opinion by the way, I have no idea...as that would pretty much put company management and faithful financial backers that have excepted payment resolution for services rendered in stock.... at odds in some way.

I guess we'll have to wait to see if this new entity issues a stock program.
