I guess my major concerns are things like spinoffs, reverse splits, buyouts, etc., that may be considered good for the company but could be bad for shareholders. I have no idea what the new division and RP's departure signify, but this is obviously a time of big change around EDIG and I want my interests as a shareholder to be given high priority when important decisions are made.

If Polis is looking out for shareholder interests, that's great. I also recognize that it's probably not realistic to think we could get a member on the board, but RP did seem to care about and try to address shareholder concerns, and his departure raises concerns about where the company is headed and what their plans mean for current shareholders.
