It is one company with an additional "division" within the company unless/until they announce something different.

There is no indication at this time that they are "taking anything away from us", and if they did announce a separtate entity I believe current shareholders would own shares in the new offshoot unless it is sold. If it's sold the current shareholders would have to be paid. IMO
