New management team

There is a vacuum to fill with RP's departure but there also is the opportunity to see the effects of how new blood can energize a company.
It can be synergistic addition or they may just fill the void with a body but my guess is that they will have to find a "techie" to help lead this new "EDIG" division they just formed.
The obvious choice would be Pat Nunally whose resume and consulting history with EDIG is a known entity as he has been instrumental in revitalizing this company's prospects for growth. For the first time, and as a partial result of his involvement, EDIG demonstrated its first ever profitable year and put the company in a debt free position.
All this will most likely be decided prior to the annual meeting so this company will have a lot of news forthcoming, both with regard to the new technologies at hand and with respect to the credibility of the new additions to management.
As good as RP was at customer relations and knowing EDIG's technology, he had been there 22 years and most likely was not part of any technology innovation.
New management is something investors look to in making investment decisions and if EDIG can attract talent on that level it sends the right kind of message.
So new technologies, patents, divisons and management are all part of what we can expect in the next two months.
