I still believe there is a merger, takeover, buyout, etc. in the works by one of the large companies that we have taken to Markman.

They feel that they might as well get something ( a small company) for their money if they must pay and then they own all of the patents, thereby also benefitting in future licensing royalties.

Whatever company is just getting all of ther ducks in a row and crossing t's and dotting the i's and maybe they need to wait until 2011 for completion of the deal.

I think the Jan. 1 - Jan. 27 time frame could be exciting
