the 4th filing down from the top form 4 is for RP

At the bottom of the page click on all company filings, show all for Putman dating back to 2004 up to the present.

If you look at each one it shows what type of option, date granted, price, expiration date

Some of the form4s show his purchases and the total stock owned after each purchase

Also one of them shows warrants and preferred options which have expired

Go through all of them and you will see his total owned and the remaining options
