Dear Tony,
Thank you for your email. In our most recent press release we announced this new strategic direction for e.Digital based on the development of core technologies for markets that we believe are far more significant than IFE. We believe that long term shareholder value can be built by aligning our Flash-R™ IP monetization business with developing and securing key rights in major developing market segments and working with strategic business partners to bring these technologies to market. We realize there is always a desire for more information; please understand that it would be improper for e.Digital to announce key technology developments or business relationships before we have completed our work. Today’s announcement formalizes a major change in our strategic direction. We will be providing further information regarding e.Digital Innovations Group developments next quarter.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Fred

Mr. Falk,
I have always had a lot of respect for you and the company having met you a few
times, and having been an investor here for the last 20 years. I am trying
desperately to not be racked with
disappointment over the current news release, but I need clarification on
something. Is this announcement the "Elements" that were designed to attract
much more investor interest?
Because if it is, I fail to see how this recent turn of events is going to draw
any interest at all. There was significant anticipation by our investor
community concerning this last announcement,
and we seem to be left holding the bag once again. Now if there are elements
such as partnerships that cannot be disclosed due to business restrictions, that
is a completely different story.
Can you please give me some guidance concerning how this announcement was going
to attract significant "New" investor interest?
Thank you,
Tony Rogers
