I think it is more involved than what you state.

I wouldn't mind if the patent aspect were delayed until next quarter. However they also mentioned new technologies would be announced and nothing in the PR addressed that aspect.

In addition, there were new elements that would be added to those already in place to help meet the objective of micro funds investment. Certainly the new duties of a few employees and Robert leaving the company were not these elements.

Also, as to a partnering issue, it would depend on if the proposed partner felt that the future markman ruling was going to be favorable towards edig, then theu may decide to consider an early partnership since after the ruling the paertner split may be more costly to them. That decision is a matter of economics, and you wouldn't necessarily wait for the Markman. That could go on until April as the judge is under no time constraint to offer a decision by February.
