Yes, in the end it's all about Markman and future litigation efforts, but these two announcements have that all-too-familiar quality of overpromising and underdelivering that have characterized the company over the years.

I hope to be proven wrong. Maybe some significant material elements remain to be reported this quarter. Maybe we'll see some large early settlements or important partnerships. Either would be great and could drive the pps higher, but if not, I expect us to drift here in this trading range until February.

Just rearranging the deck chairs is nothing that will spur new investor interest. And as to the new website, I hope they at least get a competent professional designer for a change.
