Where is the material event? And if it was delayed, why? I think we could all handle a reasonable explanation.

I think Fred owes investors a better explanation than this:

"We will be releasing further details on some of EDIG's new technologies next quarter in preparation for a planned March meeting of stockholders."

Sounds like it is still on but a postponement should have had a better explanation after their continued statements this past year, imo.
