I can't seem to copy it, but it basically says they've had confidential settlement discussions, that the paraties believe it will settle, and that their settlement is conditioned on business results of the first quarter and the stay will last unti april 15th..that it should be settled by then....IT ALSO STATES THAT THEY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ANY RULINGS WITH THE SAME RIGHTS OF APPEAL AS OTHER DEFENDANTS...IF IT DOESN'T SETTLE
